Kindly note that until a new Bishop of Raleigh is appointed by the Holy Father and prior to one year after the See is vacant, the Diocesan Administrator may only appoint Administrators to parish priestly ministry. Pastors being given a new term of six years may only thus be appointed as an Administrator.
