Description
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering contracted services data to create invoices and record food data for healthy food boxes delivered to participants. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely data management to support the program's objectives
Qualifications
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on assigned projects both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant applications is required. Additionally, candidates must have knowledge of and a commitment to Catholic social teachings and the mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh. A valid NC driver’s license, a reliable vehicle for business use, and authorization to work in the U.S. are required. This role may involve travel and occasional work beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
