What is NCYC?

The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) is the premier event for Catholic youth across the country, offering a powerful, life-changing encounter with Christ! It’s packed with inspiring speakers, vibrant worship, and a chance to connect with thousands of other young Catholics who are on fire for their faith. This is a pilgrimage you won’t want to miss!

We’ve secured conference tickets and hotel rooms for parishes in our diocese who want to be part of this incredible event.

Here’s what you need to know:
Date & Location: November 20-22, 2025, at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, IN.
Cost per Person:
• $690: Shared Rooms (4 youth per room or 2 adults per room)
• $1,130: Single Occupancy for Adults

This cost covers everything you need to experience NCYC:
• NFCYM Member pricing conference ticket
• Hotel accommodations
• Thursday night dinner
• Friday & Saturday breakfast
• Saturday Night Ice Cream Social
• Diocese of Raleigh NCYC swag (t-shirts, etc.)

What’s not included:
• Transportation (this will be organized locally)
• Additional meals and amenities

Chaperones: 1 Chaperone per 7 Youth

Parish Registration & Deposit Deadline: June 4th, 2025

Deposit: A deposit of $200 per person. Deposits are non-refundable.
All final payments are due by Wednesday, August 6th.
After completing the Parish Registration, an invoice will be sent to your parish business manager, who will make an electronic payment via our diocesan payment system. The funds should be deposited in your parish account, and payments will be sent electronically. Please inform your business manager of this future invoice.
